... just a few things to make your appointment the best it can be.

- Be on time. If you're running late, let us know. If you need to reschedule, you must do so more than 24 hours before the appointment. If you miss your appointment, you forfeit your deposit and must put down another one in order to set up a new appointment.

- Make sure you eat before you come in, and drink plenty of water. We don't want anyone passing out on us from dehydration or a sudden drop in blood sugar...

- Don't Bring Your Kids. Get a babysitter, or drop em off at Grandma's. Either way, nobody under 18 years old is allowed in the studio. Think of it as "No Kids Time" and you get a mini vacation from the little heathens...

- Dress Appropriately. This means that you should get dressed knowing that you're getting a tattoo in a specific area. Wear something that you wont mind getting ink on, and can easily access the area you are getting tattooed. For example, if you were getting your thigh tattooed you should wear shorts or a skirt, instead of pants so that you don't have to get in your underwear in order for us to get to the tattoo. We also advise against wearing white and other light colors, as the ink is pretty much impossible to get out of clothes.

-Take a Shower. This shouldn't even need to be on here, but there are some dirty people out there that need some enlightenment. We understand that its hot here, but there's no need for everyone in the studio to have to smell you all day...

- Don't go drinking the night before. In addition to not being drunk when you come in, you shouldn't go out the night before either. Alcohol thins the blood out, and since it will still be in your system, it'll make the tattoo more difficult than necessary. Additionally, it will also dehydrate you which could lead to passing out. So save the celebrations for after the appointment...

- If you're taking any medications, especially blood thinners or heart medicine, consult with your doctor to make sure that everything is OK. Depending on the medical condition, you might need a note from your doctor, which could delay your appointment if you haven't already gotten one ahead of time.
